   today: The current name for this species is Patrinia sibirica (L.) Juss.

Valeriana floribus tetrandris aequalibus, foliis pinnatifidis, seminibus palea ovali adnatis.

English translation:
Valeriana with flowers four-stamened [and] equal; with leaf blades pinnatifid; [and] with seeds to the oval palea adnate.
