   Grantor: Jacob Gibbs
   Grantee: Pelatiah Gibbs
   Description: Part of Range 4, Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14; 200 acres, more or less
      Beginning at the southeast corner of Range 4, Lot 11;
      then north about 50 rods to the river;
      then up said river about 150 rods to a stake and stones standing on the top of the east bank of the meadow, so-called;
      then southerly on the top of said bank about 70 rods to a stake and stones standing 20 rods north of range line between Range 4 and Range 5;
      then west on a line running parallel with said range line about 100 rods to a stake and stones standing on the east side of the road leading from Jay Point to Livermore;
      then southeasterly on said road until it strikes the aforesaid range line;
      then east on said line about 10 rods to the northwest corner of Range 5, Lot 13;
      then south on the west line of said lot about 18 rods to a stake and stones standing on the top of the north bank of a small brook;
      then northeasterly on said bank about 25 rods to the north line of said lot;
      then east on said line to the top of the east bank of the aforesaid meadow;
      then northerly on said bank about 15 rods to a stake and stones;
      then east about 29 rods to a stake and stones;
      then south about 14 rods to the north line of Range 5, Lot 14;
      then east about 160 rods to the first mentioned bound;
      together with Range 5, Lot 14.
