   Town: Mount Desert
   Grantors: Alexander Baring, Henry Baring, Joseph R. Ingersoll, and William Miller ("devisees in trust of the estate of William Bingham")
   Grantee: James Clement
   Description: lots #80 (60 rods wide, containing 99 acres and 60 square rods) and #81 [see note below] (50 rods wide, containing 97 acres and 100 square rods) on Peters Plan, and described as one parcel. This page follows lot #81.
      Beginning at a spruce tree at the shore on the west side of Seal Cove, so-called [now Seal Harbor], being the southeast corner bound of lot #79, sold to John Bracy;
      running north by said lot #79 290 rods to a spruce tree;
      then east 110 rods to a corner;
      then south to the shore;
      then by the shore 'round said Seal Cove to the bound first mentioned.
   Note: There are two lots numbered 81 on the Peters Plan, this one bordering the east side of what is now called Stanley Brook in Seal Harbor and one on the east side of Otter Cove.
