Beginning at a point in the center the county road leading from Northeast Harbor to otter Creek 7 rods distant from the east line of land of Edwin H. Abbot, formerly of James Clement 2ne, measuring along the center of said road;
then N 5° 45′ E 23 rods and 17 links to a stake;
then N 84° 15′ W 6 rods and 23 links to said east line of said Abbot;
then N 53/4° E, but always following said east line of said Abbot 317 rods, more or less, to the south line of land of Charles T. How;
then S 841/4° E, but following said south line of said How 55 rods, and 17 links to the northwest corner of land of William Callahan;
then S 53/4° W, but following the west line of said land of said Callahan 242.5 rods to the northwest corner of a lot of land owned by said James T. Gardiner;
then continuing the same course (S 53/4° W, but following the west line of said land of said Gardiner 50 rods to the northeast corner of another lot of land and the same lot bargained by L. B. Deasy et als. to said Gardiner (and is part of lot No. 75 Peters Survey);
then west, but following the north line of said lot last mentioned 32 rods to a stake;
then S 8° 50′ W, but following the west line of said lot last mentioned 27 rods and 16 links to the northeast corner of the lot, containing about 3/4 of an acre and occupied by Walden and Theodore Pierce;
then S 83°30′ W, but following the north line of said lot last mentioned 12 rods and 12 links to a stake;
then S 3°25′ E, but following the west line of said lot last mentioned 12 rods and 20 links, passing through a stake near the road, to the center of said county road;
then westerly, but following the center of said county road 9 rods and 6 links to the place of beginning.
