Beginning on the shore at a fir tree, being the southeast corner bound of lot #73 [see note below], deeded to Thomas Savage;
running by said lot north 314 rods to a spruce tree;
then east 50 rods to the northwest corner bound of lot #75;
then south by said lot #75 to the shore;
then westerly by the shore to the bound first mentioned.
Note: The copy of this deed in the Registry of Deeds incorrectly calls the adjacent lot number "72".
