The deed found in book 1 on pages 410–411 covered two parcels on the Peters Plan: J3 (first lot) and L2 (second lot). This web page follows transactions involving the first lot.

   Date: 29 March 1792
   Town: Mount Desert
   Grantors: Bartholomy DeGregoire and Maria Theresa DeGregoire
   Grantee: John Manchester Jr.
   Description: 2 lots, both with shoreline: 70 acres and 30 acres, 10 [square?] rods
      first lot (70 acres):
         begin at Samuel Hadlock’s northern line at the shore;
         run first N 83° E 124 rods;
         then N 10° E 100 rods;
         then S 83° W to the shore;
         then following the shore to the first bound.
      second lot (30 acres, 10 [square?] rods):
         begin at the south corner of John Manchester’s first lot;
         run first S 80° E 70 rods to James Richardson [Jr.]’s line;
         then following said line to the shore;
         then the shore to the first bound.
   Grantors obtained this parcel via: grant from the General Court of Massachusetts
   Grantee and wife Polly disposed of the first lot of this parcel via 7:207–208

   Grantee disposed of the first lot of this parcel via 30:139–140
