   Description: 12.33 acres, more or less, "exclusive of shore between high and low water mark"; This parcel was owned jointly by Charles T. How, and Warren Delano and Frederic D. Hitch. This deed conveyed How's share.
         Beginning at an iron bolt set in the ground in the eastern line of the Schooner Head Road and in the northern line of land of William H. Bliss;
         then N 5° E, but following said Schooner Head Road, 572 feet;
         then N 30′ E, but still following said Schooner Head Road, 327 feet to the Meadow Brook;
         then following said Meadow Brook by its various courses, but generally northerly and easterly, to its mouth at low water mark of Frenchman Bay (said Meadow Brook being the boundary between the herein conveyed lot on the south and land of estate of William Bingham on the north);
         then by line of low water mark by its various courses, but generally southerly, about 1200 feet to the northern line of shore or flats of William H. Bliss;
         then westerly, but everywhere following the north line of shore or flats of William H. Bliss, to high water mark;

         then continuing the same course, to wit, S 84° E across the said shore of Frenchman Bay to the line of low water mark on said Frenchman Bay;
         then generally southerly, but following said line of said low watermark of said Frenchman Bay, 17.32 rods, more or less, but to Meadow Brook, so-called, the north line of other land of said Eva Van Cortland Hawkes;
