   Grantees: Eugene Hale, Lucilius A. Emery, Lewis W. Hodgkins, Daniel W. Brewer, and Everard H. Greely
   Description: 60 acres along east shore of Eagle Lake; Lot No. 57 on Peters Plan
      Beginning on the eastern shore of Young’s Pond (so-called) at the south corner of lot No. 50 of the allotment of lands of the Bingham Estate in Eden township, conveyed to Stephen Higgins, Jr.;
      then along the southeast line of said lot N 45° E 80 perches;
      then along the southwest line of lot No. 56 conveyed to Oliver Higgins, S 45° E 70 perches;
      then along line of land conveyed to John D. Gilmore and Edward Brewer, S 45° W to the shore of Young’s Pond aforesaid;
      then along said shore by the several courses and distances thereof (in the main northerly) to the place of beginning.
      Said lot is otherwise and more particularly described as follows, to wit:-
         Beginning on the east shore of Eagle Lake at an iron bolt in the south corner of Lot No. 50 of the allotment of the Bingham Estate in Eden Township aforesaid conveyed to Stephen Higgins, Jr., now owned by William M. Roberts;
         then N 45° E, but everywhere following the southeasterly line of said lot No. 50, 1320 feet to an iron bolt at the northwest corner of land of the estate of T. L. Roberts, which land is a portion of Lot No. 56 conveyed to Oliver Higgins above referred to;
         then S 45° E, but everywhere following the southwest line of said land of Roberts’ Estate, and land of William H. Puffer, 1155 feet to a stone post at the southwest corner of said land of Puffer and in the northwest line of land conveyed to John D. Gilmore and Edward Brewer above referred to;
         then S 45° W 4356 feet to a piece of iron pipe in the eastern shore of said Eagle Lake and in said Gilmore and Brewer line;
         then along said shore by the several courses and distances thereof, in the main northerly, to the place of beginning.
   Note: Together with a right of way, for all purposes of a way, over the road as now laid out from the Eagle Lake Road to the said lot of land No. 57, as above described, reserving, however, for himself, his heirs and assigns, a right of way, for all purposes of a way, over the road as now laid out across said Lot No. 57 in a southerly direction to the southerly line of said Lot No. 57.
