The original deed for parcel F23 has not yet been found and posted. The land in 20:244–245 (below) is the west longitudinal half of F23, and the land in 45:51 is the east half.

   Grantor: Daniel Rodick
   Grantee: David Rodick
   Description: 24.5 acres
      Bounded by the Bay on the north end;
      by the land of Israel Higgins on the westerly side;
      on the southerly end by the land of Thomas Wasgatt Jr.;
      and on the easterly side by the land of the forenamed Daniel Rodick.
   Grantor obtained this parcel via ???:???
   Grantee disposed of this parcel via ???:???

   Date: 8 June 1822
   Town: Bar Harbor
   Grantor: John Rodick
   Grantee: James Hamor
   Description: 24.5 acres, "one equal half of a lot of land granted to Daniel Rodick by Bartholomew DeGregoire" [John Rodick, the grantor in this deed, was likely the son of Daniel Rodick.]
      Beginning at a stake and stones at the shore, being the northeast corner bound between Daniel Rodick and Thomas Wasgatt Jr.;
      from thence running due south 203 rods to a spruce tree;
      then due west 18.5 rods;
      then due north to the aforesaid shore;
      then by said shore to the first-mentioned bound.
   Note: This deed also included one-half of Bar Island.
