One half of lot #53 according to plan of Eden by James Peters, surveyor, bounded on the Great Pond, so-called, say the northerly half by a line pasing through the middle of said lot lenthways and taking one half of said lot, estimated to be 50 acres and 130 rods, more or less, with the buldings situated thereon.
Second lot:
The other lot hereby conveyed contains 50 acres, more or less, and is known as the Little Pond lot and was deeded to me by Richard Higgins about the year 1848
it being my intention to convey to the said G.W. and Asa W. Newman all of the real estate that I am now possessed of.
