   Grantors: Alexander Baring, Henry Baring, and Joseph R. Ingersoll (representing the estate of William Bingham)
   Grantee: Solomon Higgins
   Description: 103 acres; lot #2 on Peters Plan
      Beginning at a stake on the shore, being the northwest corner bound of lot #1;
      running S 48° E 308 rods to a pine tree;
      then S 50° W 48 rods to a birch tree;
      then N 48° W 306 rods to the shore;
      then northeasterly by the shore to the bound first mentioned.
   Note: “It is understood that Nathaniel Mayo, to whom the lot above described was formerly sold, shall have a right to occupy and improve that part of the lot lying between the county road and the shore, with the buildings thereon, during his natural life, but he is not to commit unnecessary waste or damage to said part of the lot or the buildings thereon.”
