running S 20° W by the head of said lot #9 and Jesse Higgins lot 160 rods to a corner on David Higgins side line;
then S 70° E by David Higgins lots to the westerly corner bound of lot #7;
then east by said lot #7 160 rods to a spruce tree, on the side line of lot #5;
then N 48° W by said lot #5 to the bound first mentioned.
