Description: 100 acres (there is 1 acre in John Hamor’s back lot [see 1:437–438] belonging to David Hamor); shown on Peters Plan as 99 acres, 30 [square] rods
Begin at a small spruce tree, bounds between Elkanah Remick and David Hamor;
run first N 56.25° W 400 rods to a birch tree that stands in the line at the head of [Seth] Doane’s lot;
then follow said line on Timothy Mason’s lot [Timothy Baron on Peters Plan] till the lot is 39 rods wide upon a right angle, to a hemlock tree for bound;
then run S 56.25° E 414 rods to an oak tree at the shore;
then following the shore to the first mentioned bound.
