First Lot:
Beginning at a stake and stone at the shore, the bound between Timothy Smallidge and Josiah Black;
run first N 56.25° W 308 rods to a stake that stands in the line of Elkanah Young’s lot;
then following said line so as to make said [Josiah] Smallidge’s lot 37.25 rods wide on a right angle;
then run S 56.25° E to the shore;
then following the shore to the first bound.
Back Lot:
“Then begins to said Timothy Smallidge’s and Josiah Black’s as back lot at the southern corner of John Hamor’s back lot”
run first S 33.75° W [20?] rods to a small spruce tree;
then run S 61.25° E 75 rods to a fir tree;
then N 33° E to Cousins’s line;
“said Josiah Smallidge … only 30 acres and 20 [square?] rods and said Timothy Smallidge 11 acres and 129 [square?] rods”
