Description: 88 acres and 128 [square] rods by the deed; 118 acres by Peters Plan; lot #11 on Peters Plan
Beginning on the west side of Northeast Creek, so-called, at the southeast corner bound of DeGregoire’s lot;
running S 55° W 51 rods to the line of Eleazar Higgins’s lot;
then by said line S 46° E 22 rods to a birch tree, the old corner bound;
then on the head line of said lot S 44° W 74.75 rods to a fir tree;
[see note below] then by Nathan Higgins’s settler’s lot S 46° E 97 rods to a spruce tree, the old corner bound marked B;
then by the old line N 52° E 152 rods to the creek;
then by the creek to the bound first mentioned.
Note: From this point, the directions do not match the Peters Plan, perhaps because the deed references “a survey and plan of said lot of land by Addison Dodge, surveyor.”
