This shorefront parcel is bounded on the southwest by Northeast Creek and on the northeast by Frenchman Bay.

      Beginning on the north side of the county road on Josiah B. Hadley’s eastern line;
      then following said line notherly to the North East Creek;
      then following said creek northerly and Frenchman’s Bay northerly and easterly to what was formerly Comfort Thomas’s western corner bound on the shore (now Uriah Goodridg’s);
      then following said line southerly and easterly to the county road;
      then on the county road southerly and westerly to the place of beginning.
