Beginning at a maple, being the southern corner of lot #10 of the allotment of the lands of the Bingham estate in Eden township aforesaid, conveyed to K. K. Thompson;
then along the southeast line of said lot (in the main) northwesterly to the shore;
then along said shore to line of lot #3, conveyed to Cornelius Thomas;
then along said line of lot #3, line of lot #4, conveyed to Alexander Higgins, and line of lot #5, conveyed to Alexander Higgins and Lorenzo Brown (in the main) southwesterly to the place of beginning.
