         run first S 22.5° E 157 rods to a birch tree;
         then N 57.5° E 50 rods to a fir tree;
         then N 22.5° W to the shore;
         then following the shore to the first bound.
      back lot:
         Beginning at a poplar tree on the western sde of Stehen Salisbury’s lot 22 rods from the southwest corner;
         run S 10° W 85 rods to a pine tree;
         then N 80° W 48 rods to a birch tree;
         then N 10° E 125 rods to a stake;
         then S 80° E 50 rods to Stephen Salisbury’ line;
         then following side line to the first bound;
