The deed found in book 2 on pages 418–419 covered one parcel (B12) of 200 acres on the Peters Plan but was composed of two contiguous lots: a first lot (at the shore) and a back lot.

Grantors: Bartholomy DeGregoire and Maria Theresa DeGregoire
Grantee: Ezra Leland
Description: 2 contiguous lots totaling 200 acres
first lot: beginning at a birch tree, the bound between Nehemiah Higgins and said Ezra Leland;
thence running first S 45° W 131 rods to a poplar tree;
then S 47.5° E 128 rods to a fir stake;
then N 40° E to the shore;
then following the shore to the first mentioned bound.
back lot: beginning at the northwest corner of this first lot [i.e., at the poplar tree mentioned above];
thence running first S 45° W 121 rods to a poplar tree;
then S 47.5° E 128 rods;
then N 40° E [to] a fir stake [the same fir stake as in the first lot], which finishes his second lot.
