Location. Along east side of Routes 3/198. UTM: 19T 0555451, 4911956; Lat./Long.: N 44°21′31.5″ x W 68°18′15.0″

Directions. From the intersection of Routes 3 and 102/198 at the north end of Mount Desert Island, go straight ahead (south) onto Routes 102/198. In approximately 4.2–4.3 miles, at the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 102/198 and 198, turn left on Route 198. The cemetery is on the left in about 1.7–1.8 miles, approximately 0.3–0.4 miles of which are beyond (south of) the intersection with Route 233 (Eagle Lake Road).

History. —

Notes. Along the front of the cemetery is a white picket fence with an arch over the entrance. The grass is mowed and trimmed. This cemetery is also known as “Sound Cemetery”.
